Dr. William T. McFatter III


Dr. McFatter graduated cum laude with his degree in molecular biology from Vanderbilt University in 1977. He then graduated with his dental degree from the Emory University School of Dentistry in 1981, after which he completed a year-long general practice residency at the Charlotte Memorial Hospital. Dr. McFatter continues his education monthly, has received functional dentures training at the Pankey Institute, and has also studied All-On-4 implant-supported dentures. Additionally, he graduated from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) maxicourse in dental implants.

Dr. McFatter is committed to giving back to our community by supporting breast cancer research, give monthly to the Second Harvest Food Bank, donate free denture services to recipients of We Care Services of the State of Florida, and support Your Infinite Life Online (The Peaceful Project). He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Advanced Dental Implant Studies (ADIS), International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the Institute for Dental Implant Awareness (IDIA). He has also received his master’s with the AGD, IDIA, ICOI, and is an associate fellow of the AAID. Dr. McFatter’s vision is to create a national network of denture centers that offers impeccable service and creative solutions for the edentulous.

Dr. McFatter has made several mission trips to the Dominican Republic to place implants , as well as a surgical mission to Mexico for “All on Four” training. We have patients who’ve come as far away as North Carolina, Texas, and Miami. Our building is platinum level LEEDS certified. (Our office is a green building).

Dr. McFatter has served in the area for over 30 years providing the denture and implant procedures that restore missing teeth. He also has a successful and inspiring family. In his spare time, our dentist enjoys kayaking, fishing, bowling, and playing tennis.
